Litter Control Stats
The RCSWA Litter Control Officer conducted 36 litter investigations resulting in 5 citations and issued 12 Notice of Violation Compliance Forms (NOV'S).
During the month of September 2008 the Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority's Litter Contol picked up 34,680 pounds (17.34 tons)of trash. Garbage and refuse was removed from Nine Dump Sites. There were two criminal warrants obtained for Litter Violations.
