Litter Control Stats
The RCSWA Litter Control Officer conducted 19 litter investigations resulting in 1 citations and issued 10 Notice of Violation Compliance Forms (NOV'S). During the month of January 2010 the Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority's Litter Contol picked up 460 pounds of trash. One criminal warrant obtained for litter violations.
