Litter Control Stats
The RCSWA Litter Control Officer conducted 70 litter investigations resulting in 6 citations and issued 33 Notice of Violation Compliance Forms (NOV'S). During the month of March 2010 the Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority's Litter Contol picked up 20,400 pounds (10.2 tons) of trash. One criminal warrant obtained for litter violations.
